Term of Service
- CashBackFX provides rebates to clients without changing the trading conditions of our partner brokers, there is no spread/commission markup on your trading transactions.
- Rebates are calculated based on the percentage of commission received by CashBackFX, either in the form of a percentage of spreads, trading commissions or the amount of USD per lot received by CashBackFX, the percentage of rebates can vary for each broker.
- Rebate calculations are automatically carried out by our system directly from our partner broker's cabinet without any manipulation from our staff or admin.
- CashBackFX has the right not to pay rebates if the broker cancels the commission that should be received by us, or the broker goes bankrupt.
- Rebate report updates and rebate payments can experience delays if conditions are not normal, for example there is a problem with our payment system or the website member area is under maintenance or development and certain other conditions.
- CashBackFX is not responsible for errors in sending rebates caused by incorrect input of the payment system account number by the client
- The client has the right to withdraw the rebate either in part or in whole according to the rebate balance.
- In the event that the client's payment system experiences problems or is blocked, the client has the right to change the payment system.
- Rebate payments are not charged by CashBackFX, but there may be fees from the payment system chosen by the client.
- Rebate withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes and a maximum of 3 working days if under normal conditions and the things mentioned in point 5 above do not occur.
- The Client has the right to choose the payment system according to that provided by CashBackFX.
- Complaints about rebate payment problems will only be served after exceeding the limit of point 9 mentioned above.
- CashBackFX clients are not allowed to carry out trading activities that violate the rules of our partner broker, in that case CashBackFX has the right to cancel the rebate and remove the client's trading account from our group.
- CashBackFX does not manage client funds nor accept investments from clients nor is it part of our partner brokers, all deposit and withdrawal processes go directly to your broker.
- This term of service can change at any time without prior notification.
